Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (≥ 1%) in subjects treated with 100 mg and 200 mg included: nasopharyngitis, nausea, headache, herpes simplex, elevated serum creatine phosphokinase, dizziness, urinary tract infection, fatigue, acne, vomiting, oropharyngeal pain, influenza, gastroenteritis.
The most common adverse reactions (≥ 1%) in subjects treated with 100 mg or 200 mg also included: pustular disease, Blood Pressure, contact dermatitis, upper abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, shingles, and thrombocytopenia.
