Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Risk of infection: Do not use LuciMomel in patients with active infection. Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection, including hepatitis B recurrence, and initiate appropriate treatment in a timely manner.
• Thrombocytopenia and neutropenia: managed by dose reduction or treatment interruption.
• Hepatotoxicity: Liver function tests are performed regularly before starting LuciMomel and throughout the course of treatment.
• Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events (mace): Monitor symptoms for timely assessment and treatment.
• Thrombosis: Timely assessment and treatment of thrombosis symptoms.
• Malignancy: monitoring the development of secondary malignancies, especially in current or former smokers.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (≥ 20% in both studies) were thrombocytopenia, bleeding, bacterial infections, fatigue, dizziness, diarrhea, and nausea.
