Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Gastrointestinal Adverse Reactions: Monitor patients for diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting and provide supportive care as needed. Dose interruption, dose reduction, or permanent discontinuation, depending on the severity.
• QTc Interval Extension: Avoid using LuciAda in conjunction with other products known to have the potential to extend the QTc interval. Monitor electrocardiograms and electrolytes in at-risk patients and in patients taking medications known to prolong the QT interval. Dose interruption, dose reduction, or permanent discontinuation, depending on the severity.
• Hepatotoxicity: Liver laboratory tests are monitored prior to the start of LuciAda and monthly for 3 months after use and as clinically indicated. Dose reduction, suspension, or permanent discontinuation, depending on the severity.
• Interstitial lung disease/pneumonia: Monitor for new or worsening respiratory symptoms. If ILD/pneumonia is suspected, LuciAda should be interrupted and permanently discontinued if no other potential cause of ILD/pneumonia is identified.

Adverse Reactions
• The most common (≥ 25%) adverse reactions are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, hepatotoxicity, impaired renal function, edema, dyspnea, and decreased appetite.
• The most common grade 3 or 4 (≥ 2%) laboratory abnormalities are lymphopenia, hemoglobin decreased, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, lipase increased, leukopenia, neutropenia, and alkaline phosphatase increased.
