Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Intracranial Bleeding: Any grade of bleeding should be permanently discontinued.
• Cognitive effects: Patients treated with LuciAva may experience a wide range of cognitive adverse reactions. For patients with gist, AdvSM, or ISM, continue to take LuciAva at the same dose, interrupt and resume at the same or reduced dose, or permanently discontinue, depending on the severity.
• Photosensitivity: May cause photosensitive reactions. Patients are advised to limit direct UV exposure.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Women and men of childbearing potential are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the foetus and to use effective contraception.

Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions are:
• gist (incidence ≥ 20%): edema, nausea, fatigue/fatigue, cognitive impairment, vomiting, decreased appetite, diarrhea, increased lacrimation, abdominal pain, constipation, rash, dizziness, and changes in hair color.
• AdvSM (incidence ≥ 20%): edema, diarrhea, nausea and fatigue/asthenia.
• ISM (incidence ≥ 10%): ocular edema, dizziness, peripheral edema and flushing.
