• Diarrhea: Suspend or reduce the dose of LuciDac, depending on the severity.
• Skin Adverse Reactions: Suspend or reduce the dose of LuciDac, depending on the severity.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: LuciDac can cause fetal harm. Effective contraception is recommended for women of childbearing potential.

The most common adverse reactions (incidence > 20%) are diarrhea, rash, gingivitis, stomatitis, loss of appetite, dry skin, weight loss, hair loss, cough and itching.
