Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Bleeding: Bleeding is monitored and managed.
• Infection: Monitor the patient for fever and infection, evaluate and treat in a timely manner.
• Arrhythmia, heart failure and sudden death: Monitor and manage the symptoms of arrhythmia and heart failure.
• Blood Pressure: Monitor blood pressure and treat.
• Cytopenia: A complete blood count is checked monthly.
• Second primary malignancy: Other malignancies also occur in the patient, including skin cancer and other cancers.
• Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS): Assess baseline risk and take precautions. Monitoring and treatment of TLS.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Women of childbearing potential are advised to be aware of potential risks to the fetus and to use effective contraception.

Adverse Reactions
• The most common (≥ 30%) adverse reactions in patients with B-cell malignancies (MCL, CLL/SLL, WM, and MZL) are: thrombocytopenia, diarrhea, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, neutropenia, rash, anemia, and bruising.
• The most common (≥ 20%) adverse reactions in adults or children with cGVHD are: fatigue, anemia, bruising, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, musculoskeletal pain, fever, muscle spasms, stomatitis, bleeding, nausea, abdominal pain, pneumonia, and headache.
