Warnings and Precautions
• Hepatotoxicity: Hepatic function is monitored every 2 weeks for 2 months prior to treatment and then monthly for 2 years prior to treatment, with adjustments as clinically indicated. Suspend, reduce, or discontinue LuciVora, depending on the severity of the condition.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: LuciVora may cause damage to the fetus. Patients are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to use effective non-hormonal contraception.

Adverse Reactions
The most common (≥ 15%) adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, COVID-19, musculoskeletal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and seizures.
Grade 3 or 4 (≥ 2%) laboratory abnormalities include ALT increased, AST increased, GGT increased and neutropenia.
