Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Fracture: Patients treated with LuciSelade should consider fracture risk. Monitor bone health according to prevailing standards of care.
• Abnormal liver function tests: before starting LuciSelade, baseline clinical and laboratory liver function assessments are performed and monitored during treatment. If liver function test results worsen, interrupt or discontinue LuciSelade.
• Biliary Obstruction: Avoid use in patients with complete biliary obstruction. If biliary obstruction is suspected, interrupt LuciSelade treatment and proceed as clinically indicated.
