Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Severe skin reactions: Monitor the patient for severe skin reactions. If diagnosed, LuciDela should be permanently discontinued.
• Hypersensitivity: permanently discontinue LuciDela and take appropriate supportive action.
• Neutropenia: Monitor blood counts. Interrupt LuciDela until symptomatic remission, then resume at a lower dose.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause damage to the fetus. Women of childbearing age are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to take effective contraceptive measures.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
• In combination trials, the most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 30%) in patients treated with LuciDela were diarrhea, pneumonia, fever, fatigue, rash, cough, and nausea.
• Common laboratory abnormalities are neutropenia, elevated ALT, and elevated AST.
