Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Myelodysplastic syndrome/acute myeloid leukemia (MDS/AML): Approximately 1.2% of patients with various BRCAm, gBRCAm, HRR gene mutations or HRD-positive cancers treated with LUCIOLAP developed the disease, with most events resulting in death. Monitor patients for hematological toxicity at baseline and monthly thereafter. Discontinue medication if MDS/AML is confirmed.
• Pneumonia: 0.8% of patients treated with LUCIOLAP developed the disease and some died. If pneumonia is suspected, interrupt treatment. If pneumonia is confirmed, discontinue medication.
• Venous thromboembolism (VTE), including severe or fatal pulmonary embolism (PE), in patients treated with LUCIOLAP. VTE occurred in 8% of patients with mCRPC. Monitor patients for signs and symptoms of VTE and PE and conduct appropriate medical treatment.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. It is recommended to be aware of potential risks to the fetus and to use effective contraception.

Adverse Reactions
Most frequent adverse reactions in clinical trials (≥ 10%):
• When used alone, adverse reactions include nausea, fatigue (including fatigue), anemia, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, headache, impaired taste, cough, neutropenia, dyspnea, dizziness, dyspepsia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia.
• When used in combination with bevacizumab, adverse reactions include nausea, fatigue (including fatigue), anemia, lymphopenia, vomiting, diarrhea, neutropenia, leukopenia, urinary tract infection, and headache.
• When used in combination with abiraterone and prednisone or prednisolone, adverse reactions include anemia, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, lymphopenia, dizziness, and abdominal pain.
