Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Hypersensitivity reactions: In the event of clinically significant hypersensitivity or allergic reactions, immediately discontinue LuciDorda and begin appropriate medical and supportive treatment.
• Prolonged QTc interval: LuciDorda leads to prolonged concentration-dependent QTc interval. LuciDorda should be interrupted or reduced in patients with prolonged QT intervals and permanently discontinued in patients with life-threatening arrhythmia symptoms.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause damage to the fetus. Patients are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to take effective contraception.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common (≥ 20%) adverse reactions are fatigue, headache, vomiting, nausea, and musculoskeletal pain. The most common (≥ 2%) grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities are lymphopenia, calcium decreased, and alanine aminotransferase increased.

【Drug interactions】
• CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Avoid using potent and intermediate CYP3A4 inhibitors with LuciDorda. For adult and pediatric patients weighing at least 52.5 kg, if simultaneous use cannot be avoided, reduce the dose of LuciDorda as recommended.
• CYP3A4 Inducers: Avoid potent and intermediate CYP3A4 inducers with LuciDorda.
• Drugs known to prolong the QTc interval: Avoid LuciDorda concomitantly with products known to prolong the QTc interval. If simultaneous use cannot be avoided, use LuciDorda and the product that causes the QT interval to be prolonged, respectively.
