Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Prolonged QTc interval: ECG and electrolytes are monitored. Before and during treatment, hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia are corrected. In case of prolonged QTc interval, interrupt, reduce or permanently deactivate LuciRevu.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause damage to the fetus. Women of childbearing age and men with female partners of childbearing age are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to take effective contraceptive measures.

The most common adverse reactions (≥ 20%) include laboratory abnormalities including bleeding, nausea, increased phosphate, musculoskeletal pain, infection, increased aspartate aminotransferase, febrile neutropenia, increased alanine aminotransferase, increased parathyroid hormone integrity, bacterial infection, diarrhea, differentiation syndrome, prolonged ECG QT, decreased phosphate, increased triglycerides, decreased potassium, decreased appetite, constipation, edema, viral infection, Fatigue and increased alkaline phosphatase.

【Drug interactions】
• Powerful CYP3A4 Inhibitor: Reduce LuciRevu dose.
• Potent or moderate CYP3A4 inducer: Avoid concomitant use with LuciRevu.
• QTc prolongation medication: Avoid concomitant use with LuciRevu. If concurrent use cannot be avoided, patient QTc interval prolongation should be monitored more frequently.
