Contraindications

【Precautions】

New primary malignancies, both cutaneous and non-cutaneous: Patients should be monitored for new malignancies before, during, and after discontinuation of treatment.
Cardiomyopathy: Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is assessed before treatment, 1 month after treatment, and every 2-3 months after treatment.
Venous thromboembolism: Deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism may occur.

Hepatotoxicity: Monitor indicators of liver function as clinically necessary before and during treatment with bimetinib and icofenib.
Rhabdomyolysis: Regularly monitor creatine phosphokinase and creatinine levels as clinically indicated.
Bleeding: Serious bleeding events may occur in patients treated with bimetinib and icofenib.
Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Inform women of their fertility potential of the potential risks to the fetus and recommend the use of effective contraception.
