Usage Notes
Recommended starting dose: 5 mg twice daily. If combined with a potent CYP3A4/5 inhibitor is necessary, it is recommended that the dose of this product be halved. For patients with moderate hepatic impairment, reduce the starting dose by about half. Whole tablets can be swallowed with food or on an empty stomach with an interval of about 12 hours between doses twice daily. If the patient vomits or misses one dose, another dose should not be taken. The next prescribed dose should be taken as usual
