Usage Notes
Take this product without meals or low calcium meals (≤ 50 mg). Persistent or chronic ITP: For most adult and pediatric patients 6 years and older, the starting dose is 50 mg once daily; for pediatric patients 1-5 years old, the starting dose is 25 mg once daily. Patients with liver damage and some patients of East/Southeast Asian descent need a dose reduction. Adjusted to maintain platelet count greater than or equal to 50 × 109/L. Do not exceed 75mg per day. Chronic hepatitis C-related thrombocytopenia: starting dose of 25 mg once daily. Do not exceed 100 mg daily. First-line treatment for severe aplastic anemia: once daily at doses of 2.5mg/kg (pediatric patients aged 2-5 years), 75 mg (pediatric patients aged 6-11 years), or 150 mg (pediatric patients aged 12 years and above) with concomitant standard immunosuppressive therapy. Refractory severe aplastic anemia: starting dose of 50 mg once daily. Reduce the initial dose in patients with liver impairment or East/Southeast Asian ancestry.
