Contraindications

【Precautions】

Reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome (PRER): Discontinuation of medication in patients with PRERs.
Extended QT interval: interruption and dose reduction in patients with QTcF > 500 ms; management of hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia before and during dosing.
Pancreatitis: Discontinue and reduce dose in patients with pancreatitis.
