Contraindications

【Precautions】

Blood Pressure: Monitor blood pressure and control blood pressure as clinically indicated.
Pancreatitis: Monitor for serum lipase.
Neuropathy: Monitor for symptoms of peripheral and cranial neuropathy.
Ocular toxicity: Comprehensive eye examinations are performed regularly at baseline and during treatment.
Bleeding: Bleeding is monitored and managed as clinically indicated.
Fluid retention: Monitor fluid retention and manage patients as clinically indicated.
Arrhythmia: Monitor for signs or symptoms of arrhythmia and manage patients as clinically indicated.
Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS): pause bonatinib until recovery. The safety of resuming panatinib in patients is not known.
Impaired wound healing and gastrointestinal perforation: No panatinib for at least 1 week prior to elective surgery. Do not administer for at least 2 weeks after major surgery until the wound has fully healed.
Embryo-fetal toxicity: Can cause fetal harm. Inform women of their reproductive potential of the potential risks to the fetus and use effective contraception.
