Contraindications

【Precautions】

Emerging primary cutaneous malignancies: Skin assessment, every 2 months during treatment up to 6 months after discontinuation, prior to initiation of treatment, resection, continued treatment without dose adjustment.
New noncutaneous squamous cell carcinoma: Evaluate clinical signs of new noncutaneous squamous cell carcinoma before and during treatment.
Other malignancies: Signs or symptoms of other malignancies are closely monitored in patients treated with vermofenib.
Prolonged QT: ECG and electrolytes are monitored before and during treatment. Vimofinib is discontinued when QTc is greater than or equal to 500 ms. Correct electrolyte abnormalities and control cardiac risk factors for QT prolongation.
Hepatotoxicity
Photosensitivity: Patients are advised to avoid sun exposure.
Embryo-fetal toxicity: Can cause fetal harm. Women are advised to take effective contraceptive measures against potentially dangerous fetuses.
Renal Failure: Monitor regularly during serum creatinine treatment before starting ZELBORAF.
Plantar fascioconstriction and plantar fasciofibromatosis: The event should be managed with a dose reduction, treatment interruption, or treatment discontinuation.
