Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonia: Monitor patients for new or worsening lung symptoms that indicate ILD/pneumonia. Immediately discontinue LuciMob for patients with suspected ILD/pneumonia and permanently discontinue LuciMob if diagnosed with ILD/pneumonia.
• Cardiotoxicity: monitoring of cardiac function at baseline and during treatment, including left ventricular ejection fraction. Depending on the severity, discontinue use, resume with a reduced dose, or permanently discontinue use.
• Diarrhoea: Diarrhoea can lead to dehydration or electrolyte imbalance, whether or not accompanied by impaired renal function. Electrolytes are monitored and patients are advised to start antidiarrheals in the first instance of diarrhea and to increase fluid and electrolyte intake. Discontinue, reduce dose, or permanently discontinue LuciMob, depending on the severity.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Inform women of childbearing potential of the potential risks of this contraceptive method to the fetus and use effective non-hormonal contraception.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common (> 20%) adverse reactions are diarrhea, rash, nausea, stomatitis, vomiting, decreased appetite, thyroiditis, fatigue, dry skin, and musculoskeletal pain. The most common (≥ 2%) grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities are lymphopenia, increased amylase, increased lipase, decreased potassium, decreased hemoglobin, increased creatinine, and decreased magnesium.
