Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (Pres): For patients with Pres, discontinue use of Lucigil.
• Prolonged QT interval: For patients with QTcF > 500 ms, interrupt and reduce LUCIGIL dose. Correct hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia before and during administration of Lucigil.
• Pancreatitis: In patients with pancreatitis, interrupt and reduce the dose.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: Taking Lucigil to pregnant women may cause harm to the fetus. It is recommended to be aware of potential risks to the fetus and to use effective contraception.

Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (≥ 20%) are elevated transaminases, myalgia/joint pain, fatigue/discomfort, fever, mucositis, edema, rash, non-infectious diarrhea, dyspnea, nausea, cough, constipation, eye diseases, headache, dizziness, hypotension, vomiting, and renal impairment.
