Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Infection: Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection and evaluate and treat them in a timely manner.
• Bleeding: Monitor for bleeding and handle appropriately.
• Cytopenia: The complete blood count is monitored during treatment.
• Atrial fibrillation and flutter: Arrhythmia symptoms are monitored and managed appropriately.
• Second primary malignancy: Other malignancies have emerged, including skin and other cancers. Monitor and advise patients to use sunscreen.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Women of childbearing potential are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to use effective contraception.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (≥ 15%) in patients with MCL are fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, diarrhea, edema, dyspnea, pneumonia, and bruising. Grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities (≥ 10%) are neutrophil count decreased, lymphocyte count decreased, and platelet count decreased.
