Warnings and Precautions
• Heart failure: Consider interrupting treatment with LuciMava (mavacamten) in patients with concurrent disease.
• Drug interactions leading to heart failure or loss of efficacy: Inform the patient of possible drug interactions, including with over-the-counter drugs.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Effective contraception is recommended for women of childbearing potential within 4 months of the last dose. Use contraceptives unaffected by CYP450 enzyme induction or add non-hormonal contraceptives.

Patients had an adverse reaction rate > 5% and were more common in the LuciMava group than in the placebo group, including dizziness (27%) and syncope (6%).
