Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Blood Pressure and Blood Pressure Crisis: Control blood pressure before starting LuciTivo. Monitor Blood Pressure and treat as needed. For patients with persistent blood pressure despite anti-Blood Pressure medication, reduce the dose of LuciTivo.
• Heart Failure: Signs or symptoms of heart failure are monitored throughout LuciTivo treatment.
• Cardiac ischemia and arterial thromboembolic events: Patients at increased risk for these events are closely monitored. In case of severe thromboembolic events such as myocardial infarction and stroke, permanently discontinue LuciTivo.
• Venous thromboembolic events: Patients at increased risk for these events are closely monitored. In case of severe venous thromboembolic events, permanently discontinue LuciTivo.
• Bleeding events: Patients at risk of bleeding or with a history of bleeding are closely monitored.
• Proteinuria: monitored throughout LuciTivo treatment. For moderate to severe proteinuria, reduce the dose or temporarily interrupt LuciTivo treatment.
• Thyroid dysfunction: monitored before starting LuciTivo and throughout treatment.
• Risk of impaired wound healing: discontinue use of LuciTivo at least 24 days prior to elective surgery. Do not use for at least 2 weeks after major surgery and full wound healing. The safety of returning to LuciTivo after resolution of wound healing complications has not been determined.
• Reversible Posterior Leukoencephalopathy Syndrome (RPLS): In case of signs or symptoms of RPLS, discontinue use of LuciTivo.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause fetal harm. Inform the patient of the potential risks to the fetus and use effective contraception.

Adverse Reactions
The most common (≥ 20%) adverse reactions were fatigue, blood pressure, diarrhea, decreased appetite, nausea, dysphoria, hypothyroidism, cough, and stomatitis, and the most common grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities (≥ 5%) were decreased sodium, increased lipase, and decreased phosphate.
