Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Diarrhea: Severe diarrhea may occur. Monitor for grade 3-4 diarrhea and adjust dose.
• Ovarian toxicity: Female reproductive function and fertility may be impaired. Women of childbearing potential are informed of the potential risks prior to treatment and monitored regularly.
• Hepatotoxicity: Increases in AST and ALT may occur. Monitor AST and ALT regularly and adjust dose as recommended.
• Non-melanoma skin cancer: regular dermatological examinations before and during treatment with LuciNiro.
• Electrolyte abnormalities: Monitor phosphate and potassium regularly and adjust doses as recommended.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Inform fertile patients of the potential risks to the fetus and use effective contraception.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common (> 15%) adverse reactions are diarrhea, ovarian toxicity, rash, nausea, fatigue, stomatitis, headache, abdominal pain, cough, hair loss, upper respiratory tract infection, and difficulty breathing.
The most common laboratory abnormalities (≥ 15%) were decreased phosphate, increased urine glucose, increased urine protein, increased AST, increased ALT, and decreased potassium.
