Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Hepatotoxicity, including liver failure, has been observed. Monitor liver function tests prior to the start of treatment, each cycle of treatment, and as clinically indicated. For grade 3 or 4 drug-related liver AEs, LuciSuni treatment should be interrupted and, if no solution is available, discontinued. Do not restart LuciSuni if the patient subsequently develops severe changes in liver function tests or other signs and symptoms of liver failure.
• Women of childbearing age should be informed of the potential harm to the fetus to avoid pregnancy.
• Cardiac toxicity, including a decrease in the left ventricular ejection fraction below the lower limit of normal, and cardiac failure, including death. Monitor the patient for signs and symptoms of congestive heart failure.
• QT interval prolongation and torsional ventricular tachycardia were observed. Patients at higher risk of prolonged QT interval should be used with caution. When using LuciSuni, monitoring of ECG and electrolytes during treatment should be considered.
• Blood Pressure may occur. Monitor blood pressure and treat as needed.
• Bleeding events have occurred, including tumor-related bleeding. Perform continuous complete blood count and physical examination.
• Thyroid dysfunction may occur. Patients with signs and/or symptoms of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism should be monitored by a thyroid function laboratory and treated in accordance with standard medical practice.
• LuciSuni treatment is recommended to be temporarily interrupted in patients undergoing major surgery.
• Adrenal bleeding was observed in animal studies. Monitor adrenal function in stressful situations such as surgery, trauma, or severe infection.

Adverse Reactions
• The most common adverse reactions (≥ 20%) are fatigue, fatigue, pyrexia, diarrhea, nausea, mucositis/stomatitis, vomiting, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, constipation, Blood Pressure, peripheral edema, rash, hand-foot syndrome, skin discoloration, dry skin, hair color changes, taste changes, headache, back pain, arthralgia, pain in the extremities, cough, dyspnea, anorexia, and bleeding.
