Warnings and Precautions
• Neutropenia: Complete blood counts are monitored as clinically indicated prior to starting LuciPalbo treatment, at the beginning of each cycle, and on Day 15 of the first 2 cycles.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: LuciPalbo can cause harm to the fetus. Inform the patient of the potential risks to the fetus and use effective contraception.

The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 10%) are neutropenia, infection, leukopenia, fatigue, nausea, stomatitis, anemia, hair loss, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, rash, vomiting, decreased appetite, asthenia, and pyrexia.
