Warnings and Precautions
• Hepatotoxicity: Monitor patients for elevated hepatic function and liver-related adverse reactions during treatment with LuciRes. If hepatotoxicity is suspected, discontinue use of LuciRes and continue to monitor the patient.
• Gallbladder-related adverse reactions: Patients treated with LuciRes had a higher incidence of gallstones and cholecystitis. If gallstones are suspected, a diagnostic study of the gallbladder and appropriate clinical follow-up will be required. If an acute gallbladder event is suspected, such as acute cholecystitis, interrupt LuciRes treatment until the event is resolved.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse effects of LuciRes (reported by at least 5% of patients, higher than placebo) are: diarrhea, nausea, itching, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, and dizziness.
