Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Interstitial lung disease (ILD): 1.1% of patients will develop this disease. Discontinue use of LuciErlo in the event of new or progressively unexplained lung symptoms such as dyspnea, cough, and fever. If ILD is diagnosed, disable LuciErlo.
• Renal failure: monitoring of renal function and electrolytes, especially in patients at risk of dehydration. In case of severe nephrotoxicity, discontinue use of LuciErlo.
• Hepatotoxicity: whether or not accompanied by hepatic impairment, including hepatic failure and hepatorenal syndrome: Monitor liver function regularly. In case of severe or worsening liver function tests, discontinue or discontinue LuciErlo.
• Gastrointestinal perforation: LuciErlo was discontinued.
• Bullous and exfoliative dermatoses: discontinue LuciErlo.
• Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA): Increased risk of CVA in patients with pancreatic cancer.
• Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia (maha): Increased risk of developing maha in patients with pancreatic cancer.
• Eye disorders: Discontinue LuciErlo in case of corneal perforation, ulcers or persistent severe keratitis.
• Bleeding in patients taking warfarin: Regularly monitor INR in patients taking warfarin or other coumarin derivative anticoagulants.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: can cause fetal harm. Women of childbearing potential are advised to be aware of potential risks to the fetus and to use effective contraception.
