Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Reconstructive immune syndrome: Further evaluation and treatment may be required.
• New or worsening impairment of renal function: Serum creatinine, estimated creatinine clearance, glucose and proteinuria were assessed according to clinical conditions during initiation of LuciBet and treatment in all patients. Serum phosphorus is also evaluated in patients with chronic kidney disease.
• Lactic acidosis/severe hepatomegaly with steatosis: Patients with symptoms of lactic acidosis or significant hepatotoxicity or laboratory results should discontinue treatment.
