Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Ocular toxicity: LuciNfig can cause retinal pigment epithelial detachment (RPED). Comprehensive eye examinations, including optical coherence tomography (OCT), should be performed prior to starting LuciNfig and during treatment, 1 month prior to treatment, 3 months prior to treatment, and every 3 months thereafter. Discontinuation is recommended.
• Hyperphosphatemia and soft tissue mineralization: Elevated phosphate levels can lead to hyperphosphatemia, resulting in soft tissue mineralization, cutaneous calcification, non-uremic calcification defense, vascular calcification, and myocardial calcification. Suggest discontinuation, dose reduction, or permanent discontinuation.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause damage to the fetus. Patients of childbearing potential are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to take effective contraceptive measures.

Adverse Reactions
• The most common (≥ 20%) adverse reactions are nail toxicity, stomatitis, dry eyes, fatigue, hair loss, redness and paresthesia syndrome of hands and feet, joint pain, taste disturbance, constipation, abdominal pain, dry mouth, changes in eyelashes, diarrhea, dry skin, decreased appetite, blurred vision, and vomiting.
• The most common laboratory abnormalities (≥ 20%) are creatinine increased, phosphate increased, phosphate decreased, alkaline phosphatase increased, hemoglobin decreased, alanine aminotransferase increased, lipase increased, calcium increased, lymphopenia, sodium decreased, triglyceride increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, uric acid increased, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, albumin decreased, bilirubin increased, and potassium decreased.
