Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Severe and opportunistic infections: Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection and treat them promptly.
• Bleeding: Monitor for bleeding and handle appropriately.
• Hematopoiesis: complete blood counts are monitored regularly.
• Second primary malignancy: Other malignancies have developed, including skin cancer and other solid tumors. Patients are advised to use sunscreen.
• Arrhythmia: Monitor and manage the symptoms of arrhythmia.
• Hepatotoxicity, including drug-induced liver injury: Monitor liver function throughout the treatment period.

Medication risks

Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 30%) are: anemia, neutropenia, upper respiratory tract infection, thrombocytopenia, headache, diarrhea, and musculoskeletal pain.
【Drug interactions】
• CYP3A Inhibitors: Avoid co-administration with potent CYP3A inhibitors. It is recommended to adjust the dose.
• CYP3A inducers: Avoid co-administration with potent CYP3A inducers. It is recommended to adjust the dose.
• Gastric acid inhibitors: Avoid co-administration with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). Staggered administration with H2 receptor antagonists and antacids is recommended.
