Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Hepatotoxicity: Hepatotoxicity has been reported in patients taking LuciVadadu. ALT, AST and bilirubin should be measured prior to starting LuciVadadu treatment and monthly for the first 6 months after starting treatment and thereafter as clinically indicated. LuciVadadu should be discontinued if ALT or AST is consistently elevated or accompanied by elevated bilirubin.
• Blood Pressure: Possible worsening of Blood Pressure, including Blood Pressure crisis. Please monitor your blood pressure. Adjust anti-Blood Pressure therapy as needed.
• Seizures: Patients with CKD taking LuciVadadu have had seizures. Monitor for changes in new seizures, precursory symptoms, or seizure frequency.
• Gastrointestinal erosion: Gastrointestinal erosion or esophageal erosion and gastrointestinal bleeding have been reported.
• Malignant tumors: May have adverse effects on cancer growth. LuciVadadu is not recommended if an active malignancy is present.
