Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Blood Pressure has been observed, including the Blood Pressure crisis. Blood pressure should be controlled before starting LuciAxi. Monitor Blood Pressure and treat as needed. Reduce LuciAxi dose in patients with persistent blood pressure after anti-blood pressure medication.
• Arterial and venous thrombosis events have been observed, which can be fatal. Use with caution for patients at increased risk of these events.
• Bleeding events, including fatal events, have been reported. LuciAxi has not been studied in patients with brain metastases or recent active gastrointestinal bleeding, so there is insufficient evidence and therefore should not be used in these patients.
• Gastrointestinal perforation and fistula, including death. Patients at risk of gastrointestinal perforation or fistula should use caution.
• Hypothyroidism reportedly requires thyroid hormone replacement. Thyroid function is monitored regularly before starting LuciAxi treatment and throughout the course of treatment.
• Stop LuciAxi at least 24 hours prior to scheduled surgery.
• Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS) was observed. In case of signs or symptoms of RPLS, permanently discontinue LuciAxi.
• Monitor proteinuria regularly before and throughout treatment with LuciAxi. For moderate to severe proteinuria, reduce the dose or temporarily interrupt LuciAxi treatment.
• Elevated liver enzymes were observed during LuciAxi treatment. ALT, AST and bilirubin are monitored regularly before starting LuciAxi treatment and throughout the course of treatment.
• If used in patients with moderate liver injury, the starting dose of LuciAxi should be reduced. LuciAxi has not been studied in patients with severe liver injury.
• Depending on its mechanism of action, LuciAxi may cause harm to the fetus when given to pregnant women. Women of childbearing age should be advised of the potential harm to the fetus from taking LuciAxi to avoid pregnancy.

Adverse Reactions
The most common (≥ 20%) adverse reactions are diarrhea, Blood Pressure, fatigue, decreased appetite, nausea, difficulty pronouncing, palmoplantar redness paresthesia (hand-foot) syndrome, weight loss, vomiting, asthenia, and constipation.
