Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Non-infectious pneumonia: Monitor for clinical symptoms or radiological changes. Discontinuation or permanent discontinuation depending on the severity.
• Infection: Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection. Discontinuation or permanent discontinuation depending on the severity.
• Severe hypersensitivity reaction: permanently discontinue in case of clinically significant hypersensitivity reaction.
• Angioedema: Patients who are also taking angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors may have an increased risk of angioedema. In case of angioedema, permanently discontinue.
• Stomatitis: Dexamethasone non-alcoholic mouthwash should be used when starting treatment.
• Renal failure: regular monitoring of renal function before and after treatment.
• Risk of poor wound healing: discontinuation at least 1 week prior to elective surgery. Do not use this product for at least 2 weeks after major surgery until the wound has fully healed. The safety of recovery therapy after resolution of wound healing complications has not been determined.
• Elderly patients: monitor for adverse reactions and adjust dose.
• Metabolic disorders: Regular monitoring of blood glucose and lipids before and after treatment. Discontinuation or permanent discontinuation is determined by the severity of the condition.
• Myelosuppression: Hematological parameters are regularly monitored before and after treatment. Discontinuation or permanent discontinuation is determined by the severity of the condition.
• Vaccination risk of infection or reduced risk of immune response: Avoid live vaccination and avoid close contact with people who have been vaccinated. Complete the recommended childhood vaccinations before starting treatment.
• Radiosensitization and radiological recall: Serious radiological reactions may occur.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause damage to the fetus. Patients of childbearing potential are advised to be aware of the potential risks to the fetus and to take effective contraceptive measures.

• Breast cancer, neuroendocrine tumors (net), renal cell carcinoma (RCC): The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 30%) include stomatitis, infections, rashes, fatigue, diarrhea, edema, abdominal pain, nausea, pyrexia, asthenia, cough, headache, and decreased appetite.
• Tuberous sclerosis (TSC) -associated renal vascular leiomyolipoma: the most common adverse reaction (incidence ≥ 30%) is stomatitis.
• Tuberous sclerosis (TSC) -associated tremor gastroesophageal reflux (Sega): The most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 30%) are stomatitis and respiratory infections.
• Partial epilepsy associated with tuberous sclerosis (TSC): the most common adverse reaction (incidence ≥ 30%) is stomatitis.
