Contraindications

Warnings and Precautions
• Ocular Toxicity: A comprehensive ophthalmic assessment should be performed before starting LuciMird, periodically during treatment, and in the event of new or worsening vision changes or blurred vision. Decide to continue, suspend, reduce the dose, or permanently discontinue LuciMird, depending on the severity.
• Left ventricular dysfunction: The ejection fraction is assessed by echocardiography every 3 months during the first year before starting LuciMird, and then as clinically indicated. Depending on the severity, it is decided to suspend, reduce the dose, or permanently discontinue LuciMird.
• Skin adverse reactions: Supportive care should be initiated immediately in the event of initial symptoms of skin adverse reactions, including rashes. Depending on the severity, it is decided to suspend, reduce the dose, or permanently discontinue LuciMird.
• Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause damage to the fetus. Patients of childbearing potential should be informed of the potential risks of the drug to the fetus and advised to take effective contraceptive measures.

Adverse Reactions
Adults:
• The most common adverse reactions (> 25%) are rash, diarrhea, nausea, musculoskeletal pain, vomiting and fatigue.
• The most common grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormality (> 2%) is elevated creatine phosphokinase.
Pediatric patients:
• The most common adverse reactions (> 25%) are rash, diarrhea, musculoskeletal pain, abdominal pain, vomiting, headache, gingivitis, left ventricular dysfunction, and nausea.
• The most common grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities (> 2%) are neutrophil count decreased and creatine phosphokinase increased.
