Contraindications

【Precautions】

Eye disorders: This product can cause central serous retinopathy/retinal pigment epithelial detachment (CSR/RPED).
Hyperphosphatemia: Monitor for hyperphosphatemia and adjust dose if necessary.
Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause harm to the fetus. Inform the patient of the potential risks to the fetus and advise the patient to take effective contraception.
Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding is not recommended.
