Contraindications

【Precautions】

Skin and non-cutaneous neo-primary malignancies: may occur. Malignant tumors are monitored and dermatologically evaluated before, during, and after treatment discontinuation.
Tumor-promoting effects of BRAF wild-type tumors: BRAF inhibitors increase cell proliferation.
Cardiomyopathy: The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is assessed before and after 1 month of treatment with this product and bimetinib and then every 2 to 3 months.
Hepatotoxicity: Monitor liver function before and during treatment with this product and bimetinib and at time of clinical indication.
Bleeding: Major bleeding events can occur in patients treated with this product and bimetinib.
Uveitis: Regular eye exams.
Prolonged QT: Electrolytes are monitored before and during treatment. Correct electrolyte abnormalities and control cardiac risk factors for QT prolongation. When the QTc is greater than or equal to 500 ms, the use of this product is suspended.
Embryo-fetal toxicity: Can cause fetal harm. Women of childbearing potential are advised to be at potential risk to the fetus and to use effective non-hormonal methods of contraception.
