Usage Notes
Recommended dose for patients with Ph + CML-CP: 80 mg once daily or 40 mg twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart. • Recommended dose for patients with Ph + CML-CP with T315I mutation: 200 mg twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart. • Orally without food, at least 2 hours before or at least 1 hour after taking. • Continue treatment with this product as long as clinical benefit is observed until unacceptable toxicity occurs.
