Warnings and Precautions

Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonia: Monitor for new or worsening lung symptoms indicative of ILD/pneumonia. Permanently discontinue LuciCapma in patients with ILD/pneumonia.

Hepatotoxicity: Monitor liver function tests. Depending on the severity, discontinue, reduce dose or permanently discontinue LuciCapma.

Photosensitivity risk: May cause photosensitivity reactions. Patients are advised to limit direct UV exposure.

Embryo-fetal toxicity: May cause fetal harm. Patients are advised to have potentially dangerous fetuses and to use effective methods of contraception.
