【Precautions】

Hepatotoxicity: Hepatic function tests were monitored every 3 weeks during the first 3 months of treatment and then monthly as clinically indicated. Depending on the severity, discontinue, reduce the dose, or permanently discontinue LuciSot.

Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonia: Monitor for new or worsening lung symptoms. For suspected ILD/pneumonia, discontinue LuciSot immediately or permanently if no other potential cause of ILD/pneumonia is identified.

Adverse Reactions

The most common adverse reactions (≥ 20%) were diarrhea, musculoskeletal pain, nausea, fatigue, hepatotoxicity, and cough. The most common laboratory abnormalities (≥ 25%) were lymphopenia, hemoglobin decreased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, alanine aminotransferase increased, calcium decreased, alkaline phosphatase increased, urine protein increased, and sodium decreased.
